EWCGI Extended Application

As part of the hiring process, EWCGI companies may obtain a third-party consumer report or investigative consumer report for employment purposes and/or conduct internal investigations. These reports may include information about your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living.  Some positions may also require additional background screenings to include drug testing, driving history, or a credit check. EWCGI companies comply with all federal, state and local laws to include the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Note that if you are denied employment based on the results of a background check, you have the right to request a copy or summary of the report used to determine your employment eligibility and given the opportunity to dispute the accuracy of the information. EWCGI companies evaluate background check results on an individualized basis and considers the nature of the offense, the time elapsed since the offense, and its relevance to the position. All information obtained will be used solely for employment purposes and handled confidentially. Please include complete information going back at least 10 years.
