The East West Consulting Group is a family-owned private security and consulting business founded in 2009. We specialize in high end security staffing and consulting, protective services and security system design and monitoring. We currently serve the South Puget Sound region of Washington State, in Pierce, King, Thurston and Kitsap counties. We are a Veteran-Owned and operated small business.
Our experience and commitment to serving our clients shows in everything we do. Security is our focus, and we provide a variety of services to meet those needs, including experienced, professional security officers, patrols, camera system monitoring, and emergency response services. Our team of private investigators conduct research, surveillance, serve legal paperwork, and provide high level personal and corporate protective services. Our consultants will work with you to design your security staffing plan, patrols, cameras and access control system from top to bottom.

CORPORATE DIVISION
Kyle A. Paskewitz
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kyle is a former US Army Ranger who served with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, as an infantry soldier and security manager. He’s also earned his master’s degree in information technology, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, is a PMO Certified Project Management Professional, and has a wide variety of experience across many industries.
SECURITY & PATROLS DIVISION
Eduardo Vazquez
Operations Manager (OM)
Eduardo is a highly motivated security professional who consistently exceeds expectations in ensuring safety and upholding the highest standards of professionalism while providing exemplary customer service. He started his career as a protective security agent for Northwest Overwatch Inc in September of 2024. In March 2025, he assumed the role of Officer in Charge (OIC) and in July 2025 he became Operations Manager. Eduardo is a former Marine and fire team leader.
McKenzie Lincoln
Officer in Charge (OIC)
McKenzie is a dedicated security professional known for her integrity and precision. She has extensive experience in security operations, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and asset protection. McKenzie volunteered as a firefighter at South Thurston Fire & EMS prior to coming to Northwest Overwatch in 2023 and becoming an OIC in 2024.

Her experience spans over 25 years in corrections, private security, operations and training. She is a dedicated professional who believes in maintaining high standards of safety, protection and integrity. Her experience in investigations include surveillance operations, background investigations and locating missing persons.

Her portfolio includes domestic surveillance, identity confirmation, asset and associate mapping, and support on corporate-fraud and criminal investigations. She is adept at covert video capture, records pulls, and assembling admissible reports with timestamps and chain-of-custody detail. Known for calm execution and precise documentation, she integrates seamlessly with multi-investigator teams, protecting operational security while delivering clear, defensible findings for counsel and clients.

Recon & Protective Operations

A licensed, armed private investigator and retired U.S. Army Ranger, he spent much of a 20-year career in reconnaissance units supporting GWOT deployments. He brings deep capability in mobile/static surveillance, risk & crisis management, executive protection, and site security. Known for disciplined fieldcraft—SERE, advanced marksmanship, low-visibility movement—he plans surveillance detection routes and manages continuity rotations on longer tails. He has directed multi-investigator details, integrated with partner agencies, and delivered court-defensible video, timestamps, and chain-of-custody logs for Superior and Federal matters. Certified in use of force, de-escalation, and first aid/CPR, he now leads high-stakes deployments with a focus on discretion, safety, and admissible results.

Firearms Instruction & Close Protection

A licensed, armed private investigator and Sig Sauer–certified firearms instructor, she pairs technical weapons expertise with close protection and surveillance experience. A graduate of the University of Washington Private Investigation Certificate program, she leads details involving high-risk venues, difficult service of process, and sensitive witness interactions. Her casework spans mobile/static coverage, long-lens documentation, and factual-witness investigations, producing clear narratives with time-stamped media and authored logs. She is trusted for professional demeanor under pressure, meticulous site prep, and rapid adaptation to shifting subject patterns. Certified in de-escalation and first aid/CPR, she ensures client safety and court-ready deliverables while maintaining low profile and operational integrity.
