The East West Consulting Group is a family-owned private security and consulting business founded in 2009. We specialize in high end security staffing and consulting, protective services and security system design and monitoring. We currently serve the South Puget Sound region of Washington State, in Pierce, King, Thurston and Kitsap counties. We are a Veteran-Owned and operated small business.

Our experience and commitment to serving our clients shows in everything we do. Security is our focus, and we provide a variety of services to meet those needs, including experienced, professional security officers, patrols, camera system monitoring, and emergency response services. Our team of private investigators conduct research, surveillance, serve legal paperwork, and provide high level personal and corporate protective services. Our consultants will work with you to design your security staffing plan, patrols, cameras and access control system from top to bottom.

Kyle A. Paskewitz

Kyle is a former US Army Ranger who served with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, as an infantry soldier and security manager. He’s also earned his master’s degree in information technology, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, is a PMO Certified Project Management Professional, and has a wide variety of experience across many industries.

Eduardo Vazquez

Eduardo is a highly motivated security professional who consistently exceeds expectations in ensuring safety and upholding the highest standards of professionalism while providing exemplary customer service.  He started his career as a protective security agent for Northwest Overwatch Inc in September of 2024. In March 2025, he assumed the role of Officer in Charge (OIC) and in July 2025 he became Operations Manager. Eduardo is a former Marine and fire team leader.

McKenzie is a dedicated security professional known for her integrity and precision. She has extensive experience in security operations, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and asset protection. McKenzie volunteered as a firefighter at South Thurston Fire & EMS prior to coming to Northwest Overwatch in 2023 and becoming an OIC in 2024.
