Ronnie is a well-qualified security professional dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and protection. 

Skills and Training: 
Ronnie’s training includes de-escalation, report writing, first aid, CPR, Marine Corps Martial Arts, use of non-lethal weapons (Taser, OC Spray), marksmanship, and firearms (multiple handgun platforms and AR15 platforms). This employee has also undergone training and qualifies for Categories 1, 2 and 3 under Washington State contract 00624 (unarmed, non-lethal, and armed security). 

Professional Development: 
Ronnie has served as a protective security agent for Northwest Overwatch Inc since May 2021. In January 2024, he assumed the role of Senior Officer in Charge (SOIC). 

Previous Experience: 
Ronnie is a former Marine Non-commissioned Officer with deployments to Iraq from 2004 to 2008 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). He holds a Secret clearance and has served various positions in the US Marine Corps, including Team Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of a detention facility housing at least 30 detainees. He was also a marksmanship instructor and held battalion positions for safety and hazardous materials specialist. After serving 12 years in the Marine Corps, Ronnie worked as an independent contractor in hostile areas as a high-threat security specialist for 7 years. 

Education: 
Ronnie attended American Military University, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice over 4 years. 

Ongoing Commitment: 
In 2021, Ronnie entered the security industry, applying his specialized skill sets to serve the community. He remains committed to continually expanding his skills and expertise in the security field.
