Skills and Training: 
Romeo’s training includes certifications of non-lethal weapons (i.e: O.C spray, Taser, and Baton certified), marksmanship expertise of firearms of all platforms. Additionally, Romeo is trained extensively on De-escalation tactics, C.P.R, First Aid, DTMS, and Handcuffs.

Professional Development: 
Romeo has served as a protective security agent for Northwest Overwatch Inc since March 2025. During that time he’s earned armed endorsements and both Security Guard and Private Investigator licenses. Prior to that, Romeo has several years working in various security, investigative and executive protection roles.

Previous Experience: 
Romeo served in the U.S Army as an Infantryman between 2004-2018. Deploying 5 times overseas to Iraq (2005, 2007), Afghanistan (2013, 2015), Pacific Pathways (Philippines, Thailand, Korea in 2017). With 9 years of leadership as a Platoon Sergeant of 50+ soldiers under his command. Romeo has trained and led countless soldiers through vigorous deployments and Training exercises.

Education: 
Romeo achieved his high diploma in 2003, then also attended college. In 2019, Romeo attended the University of Phoenix. Completed around 160 college credits.

Ongoing Commitment: 
In 2018, Romeo exited the U.S military and immediately entered the security industry. Since then, he grasps for more experience and knowledge to professionally improve himself as a protective expert. Continuing to set the example for his peers by being the standard while in uniform.
