Skills and Training: 
Eduardo’s training includes de-escalation tactics, First Aid & CPR (Adults & Child), Black Belt in Taekwondo, Marine Corps Martial Arts (MCMAP), use of non-lethal weapons ( OC & Baton), Riot Control, Combat Life Savor certified (CLS), and firearms (handgun (9mm) & 5.56), CCTV monitoring, Entry Control Point (ECP) procedures, and Identity Control Management software. This employee has also undergone a Washington regulated taser training class on 4/1/2025 and is certified for field use.  

Professional Development: 
Eduardo started his career as a protective security agent for Northwest Overwatch Inc in September of 2024. In March 2025, he assumed the role of Officer in Charge (OIC).  

Previous Experience: 
Eduardo is a former Marine with deployment workups in a Helo Company and Boat Company in preparation for attachments to MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit). Also served as a fireteam leader during his time as a Marine. Also, work security for Allied Universal doing overnight security for a tech company, and did Entry Control Point (ECP) work for the United States Coast Guard.  

Education: 
Eduardo has completed a Software Engineering Bootcamp through General Assembly.

As of 2024, Eduardo strives to be a leader in the security field and continue learning and advancing in his career to become an executive protection officer.
